Please re-read the above post for further information. Also, I think that the Power-Up Kit only works in the Japanese version of the game as there is no '(English version)' download link. Edit 2: 'Run as administrator' doesn't help at all. It still don't allow me to choose the folder to patch. That's strange. Maybe you could try using a program like WinRAR or 7-Zip to extract the files into a subfolder, and then drag 'n drop all the folders ( Game, Manual and Server) from that subfolder into the Ultimate Knight Windom XP installation folder and overwrite the files.
