Rapoo E6100 Drivers
The keyboard pairs and installs and works fine without the need for external drivers on windows 7 using a laptop (Old laptop). The only problem is it doesn't seem to work on Windows 10. Device info: Rapoo E6100 Surface Pro 3 i5 Windows 10 So in windows 7 it works directly after bluetooth pairing In Windows 10 it pairs and says 'connected'. Then it does some background installing and now instead of 'connected' it says 'paired'. When I attempt to use it for anything it is irresponsive and I can see by the light indicator on the keyboard that it is trying to pair. Any help would be appreciated.

EDIT: The device is working! Taking the advice of's post I had a look in the 'device and printers' section. I found another keyboard and deleted it. I attempted to configure the Rapoo device however there was no 'keyboard settings' option so that wasn't possible. Instead I right-clicked it, selected properties >services. And then I ticked the box that said 'drivers for keyboard mice etc:'.
Initially this did nothing but after leaving the device on for some time with these changes in effect it started to work. Hope this helps. Hi Haich, Thank you for posting on Microsoft Community.
