Hi; I am using win2000/nt,5.00.2195,Service Pack4, AMD-K6(TM)processor,AT/AT compatible,392,740KB RAM. With 10 gigs of Hard drive space. It's not a new computer but I'm havings problems. I have ZoneAlarm 6.1.737; Spybot's Search and Destroy;AVG,and Lavasoft Ad-Aware. All of which are Up to date as well as all windows Updates. I don't know if it's the 'PowerDesk','All-in-one Secret' or what. These two programs were just downloaded by me a week ago and I have been having problems shutting down.
