They will develop story elements such as setting, character, conflict and plot. Along the way, they will gather examples and inspiration by reading novels, short stories, poetry and current events. Homework will be assigned. This course is for students that want to expand and enrich their reading and writing skills. Students should be reading at or above their grade level.
