I have managed to navigate the underground (since the map is near the same as SOC) found the hidden room with a Stalker soot in it and some blue book. Got the base that is on top of it all (again the same as SOC) and have navigated my way through the hordes of army guys to the third floor, where it tells you the stash is meant to be (again as it was in SOC) but there's nothing. I saved and quit prior to working my way through the army base and found that the blue book I got in the underground has now disappeared from my inventory. We should be getting a patch today/tomorrow, let's hope it'll include all of the user fixes and then some.
