I've done a bit of research about the 80's revival series. They get a lot of props from people on message boards who have them. Does yours say revival? I'm not really sure about quality in the 90's though.

Thing is fernandes probably released a bunch of models in different price points so you'd really have to get more info. My guess is it would be an excellent mid range strat. Comparable to say mid range tokai's and greco's.

Fernandes Serial Number look up, 05:26 PM. Hey guys, I just. 'The older Fernandes guitars do have serial numbers on occasion. GuitarPedia + Burny. The older Fernandes guitars do have serial numbers on occasion. Cara Reset Printer Canon Mp287 Tanpa Software Update. Burny is still making these guitars in Japan.

And 320 sounds like a decent price. You wouldn't get the comparable tokai or greco for that price anymore. Maybe Zenbu might know a bit more.I think he has a fernandes revival strat.

Software Efek Gitar Pcp. You can bet on the 1st number being the year 70s & 90s Burnys had serials 80s didn't so. 93 they were still making them but they weren't catalogued then they changed to 'the function' bridges were blank.I think tokai were the only ones to stamp their bridges? Electric Sound Research Group was like the parent company and to be precise RTE-56 I think is a better description. 56 referring to the price it would have sold for 54000Y. Not the year it was modelled after. Kinda strange they usually went up in price And it's an Alder body. To compare my '96 Thinline.

The previous posters are wrong on the year of this initial guitar. It's neckdated November 25th 1983. It's not a serial, it's a date in the format YDDMM. The guitar from the last post here, sticker 101117 is made in Taiwan. The neck should be dated, but due to the logos on guitars and the start of Taiwan production in general I'd assume it's a 1996 model. No solid numbers on how many they made or stickered - it seems like they stopped bothering after the first 5000 or so and just stopped serializing them until they started doing ink on headstock in 2002.

Leading 0 = Japan, which should also be stated on sticker and neck plate. Leading 1 = Taiwan, will probably be stated on the first 1000 or so, then the bottom goes black or cut away.

Leading 3 = Taiwan and Korea. Seems like they mixed these up a bit as they're on both Taiwan and Korea stickered guitars. Goes to about 10 000, after which they started inking on the headstock.
