One with a fresh Windows install? Can you get a screenshot of the calibration screen? Am I correct in understanding that the controls appear to be moving when you're not touching the sticks? Sometimes they're just a little sensitive until they get calibrated, and sometimes they stay just a little touchy like that. Have you tried running FMS and seeing what happens? On another note, after WinXP detected the USB link, I had to calibrate it in WinXP, open FMS and calibrate it there, and then configure it in FMS for airplanes and helicopters separately. I think the OP is having the problem in WinXP though, in that the controls appear to be too sensitive or twitchy.
