First I've got to say i basically read a few discussions on here and saw it was a risky buy but got it on sale. Copied the 2 dll files 'steam.dll and steamclient64.dll' from the - Programs (86)>steam folder and placed them in the - Programs (86)>steam>steamapps>common>commandos 2 men of courage folder 2. Got the patch from here Extracted it to Programs (86)>steam>steamapps>common>commandos 2 men of courage folder ( a replacement.exe and also a data folder) so you should overwrite the ones that are in there already. Which i found very important and wouldn't run without it was to start STEAM by right clicking and selecting 'run as administrator'. If steam updates while starting you may have to start it again 4. Right Click on the game in your Library select properties and uncheck 'steamoverlay in game' 5.
